Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to join our legal team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, with the ability to provide strategic legal support to our business operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various corporate agreements and contracts.
- Manage legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
- Support internal teams with legal issues and inquiries.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions as required.
- Collaborate with external counsel and manage litigation matters.
