Field Engineer (Systems & MEPF)

Systra is seeking applications for the position of Field Engineer (Systems & MEPF) for our project . This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of critical MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting) systems, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEPF systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and effective completion of MEPF system installations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Develop and implement site-specific quality control plans , ensuring strict compliance with industry standards and all regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues, clarify design intent, and optimize system installations.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive site records , including daily reports, detailed inspection reports, and accurate test results.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies , actively promoting a safe working environment for all site personnel.
