Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in injection molding, tooling, plastics, medical devices, and consumer goods. This role is responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Account Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Growth : Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the injection molding, tooling, plastics, medical devices, and consumer goods sectors.
- Client Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Reporting : Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends for senior management.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Plastics, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.Experience : 10-15 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role within the injection molding, tooling, plastics, medical devices, or consumer goods industries.Skills :Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Experience 10 - 15 yearsAttributes :Self-motivated and results-oriented.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Benefits :
