This role involves working closely with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to understand and document their existing operating model, processes, reporting, data and technology, identifying pain points and opportunities to build business cases. The candidate will then prioritize use cases, analyze existing data and reports, and work with partners (e.G. subject matter experts, technology partners, other workstream teams) to drive business delivery. Delivery would include adoption and change management and support solutioning through various technology channels.Job Description & Responsibilities : The Senior Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Engage with Finance business stakeholders to gather and document current state business processes, data and technologyDevelop workshop materials and probing stakeholder interview questions to elicit a full end to end view of process, data and technologyIdentify pain points, inefficiencies and process re-engineering opportunitiesDevelop and implement process maps, workflows, and documentation for redesigned processesApply Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to drive measurable outcomesAnalyze the business processes, data sources and reports, providing process improvement plans and / or input to solutioning teamsBuild business cases with problem statements, potential solutions, investment, value and ROI to be presented for fundingDevelop training and change management plans, driving adoption of the new process, data and / or technology solutionEnsure data accuracy and integrity in data and reporting solutionsCompetencies / Skills : Excellent communication skills, including an ability to project clarity and precision in verbal and written communicationAbility to effectively deal with multiple organizations and navigate a highly matrixed structureStakeholder management (setting and managing expectations);focus on customer serviceStrong business acumen including ability to effectively articulate business objectivesAbility to identify process improvements and implement changes, based on feedback from businessStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skills;ability to tease out and probe into what is not being articulatedAbility to learn and apply quickly including ability to effectively impart knowledge to othersEffective under pressure, dealing with ambiguity, strong analytical skills, highly focused, team player, resourcefulAbility to be flexible with job responsibilities and workflow changesExperience Required : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related fieldOverall, 13 to 16 years of experience with at least 4 + years’ experience in continuous process improvementExperience in Healthcare is a plusExperience within various Finance and Accounting functions (e.G.
