Job descriptionExperience : 5-15 years of proven pharma sales experience. Relationships : Strong, established relationships with hospital purchase departments. OEM Connects : Excellent connections with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to facilitate new product inclusion. Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team. Communication : Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Revenue Generation : Drive sales and revenue growth by building and leveraging strong relationships with hospital purchase departments.
- Portfolio Expansion : Use your excellent OEM connections to identify and onboard new products, expanding our portfolio to meet market demands.
- Team Leadership : Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and coaching to a sales team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and execute strategic sales plans for your assigned territory, identifying new business opportunities and market trends.
- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including C-suite executives, to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
