Key Responsibilities
- Prior experience in analyzing design, configuration and support of SAP SD module functionality including order management, billing, pricing, rebates and FI Integration.
- Prior experience in Implement or support Vistex solutions such as Incentive Management, Customer rebates, Claims, and Membership modules.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide resolutions.
- Understand the integration between SD/Vistex and other SAP modules.
- Prepare detailed documentation, Uni test scripts, SOPs and training materials.
- Assist with project planning, cutover, and post-go-live support and work with IS and business teams.
- Stay updated on SAP and Vistex best practices and enhancements.
- Project leadership: Lead and oversee projects related to revenue and rebates ensuring timely execution and successful implementation.
- Stakeholder coordination: Act as a bridge between internal teams (Finance, Sales, IT) and external stakeholders to streamline processes and communication.
- Process improvement: Identify gaps in revenue and rebate processes, propose solutions and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Internal Controls and Compliance: Ensure that internal controls are appropriately designed and effectively implemented. Collaborate with the internal control and audit teams to identify and mitigate any control risks. Additionally, ensure compliance with SOX requirements to maintain the integrity of financial reporting and operational processes
Required Skills & experience:
Qualification And Experience
- 5+ years of SAP SD experience with strong knowledge of order-to-cash, pricing, and rebates.
- 4+ years of Vistex experience (implementation or support) with any Vistex module like Customer rebates, GPO modules.
- Experience with business facing skills
- Strong integration knowledge with SD / FI .
- Gather business needs, turn into requirement and work with IS team.
- Lead / coordinate and work with Business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or related field.
