Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Finance Manager (CA) to play a critical role in driving deal pricing, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), variance analysis, and management reporting.
The role requires strong business acumen, analytical expertise, and the ability to partner with senior stakeholders to deliver insights that enable informed decision-making and margin improvement across complex global deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Pricing & Commercial Modelling
- Partner with sales and business teams to design, review, and validate deal structures.
- Support pricing governance processes and ensure competitiveness while protecting margins.
- Conduct benchmarking and scenario modelling for strategic bids.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Consolidate financial data across business units and deliver forward-looking analysis.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight business trends.
- Variance Analysis & Insights
- Perform detailed variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership on revenue, costs, and margins.
- Recommend corrective actions and support performance improvement initiatives.
- Reporting & Business Partnering
- Prepare and present management packs, dashboards, and executive reports.
- Support leadership in strategic reviews with accurate and timely financial information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, operations, HR) to optimize business outcomes.
- Controls & Compliance
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance in all financial reporting.
- Strengthen governance and internal controls in deal pricing and financial processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education : Chartered Accountant (CA) — mandatory.Experience : 5+ years post-qualification in business finance, preferably in IT / ITeS or services industry.Strong exposure to deal pricing, FP&A, variance analysis, and management reporting .Proven track record of working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI / reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is an added advantage.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills .Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global business environment.Why Microland Business Finance Team?
