Job description

Understand the requirement of project specific documentation from KSB Germany.

Study and comprehend requirements specified in pump data sheet and related order documents.

Prepare and submit order related technical documents such as GA drg, P&ID etc by studying customer specifications, instrument list.

Prepare and submit other project specific documents such as logic diagrams, equipment lists, utility lists, lubricant list, valve lists, spare part lists, CS drawing, etc.

Upload key documents in SAP.

Co-ordinate and follow-up with respective project managers / contract managers to resolve queries.

Review of project documents and OM manuals prepared by department colleagues. Suggest corrections, improvements and implement corrective & preventive measures.

Suggest and implement process improvement and standardization.

Hands on experience with UG Nx, Schematic, SAP is necessary

Person shall have sound knowledge of centrifugal pumps and accessories.

Person shall be committed, solution oriented and shall have an ability to work in a team.
