Job Description :

We’re seeking a skilled Physical Layer / Baseband Processing Engineer to design and implement waveforms for our wireless communication system (Basic and Advanced versions). You’ll develop FHSS and FHSS-OFDM waveforms, implement them on DSPs, and collaborate with our RF team to deliver a rugged. This is a hands-on role in a lean, high-impact team.

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop FHSS waveforms (500 hops / s, QPSK) for the Basic version, targeting half-duplex operation at 2 Mbps.
• Create FHSS-OFDM waveforms (64 subcarriers) for the Advanced version, enabling full-duplex transmission over 5 MHz bandwidth.
• Port waveforms from MATLAB simulations to DSPs (e.G., C55x for Basic, C6748 for Advanced)—20-50 MFLOPS optimisation.
• Implementing the designed waveform on TI DSPs.
• Ensure waveform synchronisation (<

1 µs jitter) and anti-jamming performance (13 dB gain vs. 20 dB J / S).
