What You’ll Do :
- Lead full-cycle recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent across multiple functions.
- Use LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct headhunting to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Optimize recruitment processes to reduce time-to-hire and improve quality of hire.
- Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
What We’re Looking For :
8 to 10 years of experience as a recruiter in influencer marketing or digital media agencies .Proven success hiring for brand solutions, business development, creative, social media, etcStrong understanding of agency functions : influencer marketing, sales, creative, and strategy.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Organized with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.Work Schedule : Monday to Friday
