Market Exp : 7-8 years or above.
Responsibility : IT- Product Sales & Service Sales across the East region.
CTC Budget : 12-15 LPA
JD :
Drive sales of IT products and services (hardware, software, cloud, networking, and managed services) across the East region.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets and profitability goals.
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across enterprise, SMB, and government accounts.
Manage and grow key customer relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with OEMs, distributors, and internal solution teams to create and deliver value-based solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews for management.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position the company effectively.
Support the pre-sales team in crafting proposals, RFP responses, and solution presentations.
Manage a small team of sales executives (if applicable), mentoring them to achieve targets.
Required Skills & Competencies :
Strong experience in IT product and service sales – including infrastructure, networking, cloud, and AMC / managed services.
Good understanding of OEM partnerships (e.g., HP, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles and achieve revenue goals.
Strategic thinking with a customer-centric approach.
