About The Role
At Even Healthcare, we don't just sell health plans — we deliver peace of mind.
As a Relationship Manager, you'll be the go-to expert for customers post-purchase. You'll own a portfolio of accounts, ensure every customer knows how to use their plan, solve service issues, and most importantly — retain and grow revenue through excellent customer experience.
This is not a back-end desk job. It's a high-impact, on-ground role where you meet real people, solve real problems, and see the difference you make.
What You'll Do
- Drive Renewals & Retention
- Meet customers whose plans are up for renewal.
- Build trust, solve blockers, and ensure they continue with us for the long term.
- Keep track of renewal timelines and close them proactively.
- Customer Servicing & Onboarding
- Educate customers on how to use the app, file claims, and access health services.
- Be the go-to person when they need support — from hospital visits to documentation help.
- Solve Escalations On-Ground
- Handle critical customer escalations — especially when things go wrong.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and empathetically.
- Grow Revenue from Existing Accounts
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional services.
- Pitch value-added offerings that make sense for each customer.
- Drive referrals from happy, well-serviced clients.
What Makes You a Great Fit
1–4 years of experience in Field Sales, Insurance Renewals, Customer Servicing, or HealthcareExcellent communication in Hindi + English + Regional language of the cityEmpathetic, patient, and able to handle tough conversationsTech-savvy — you'recomfortable with mobile apps, digital processes, and CRMsTarget-driven and self-motivated to own customer outcomes.Skills : renewals,health insurance,field sales
