Network Security Engineer / Security Analyst

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated Network Security Engineer / Security Analyst to join our security team. This role is critical in assessing applications, reviewing security design, and ensuring that all solutions adhere to robust security and compliance standards. You will work on core network security architecture, gaining exposure to modern security frameworks and advanced enterprise-grade infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform security assessments of applications and infrastructure, identifying potential vulnerabilities and risks.
• Review and approve / disapprove applications based on security design and compliance requirements.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot VPNs, Firewalls, Load Balancers, and Proxies (Forward / Reverse).
• Evaluate and secure API communications, ensuring compliance with enterprise security protocols.
• Analyze and monitor IPv4 and IPv6 traffic for security threats and anomalies.
• Apply knowledge of the OSI model to identify, isolate, and resolve network security issues.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to integrate application security into solution design.
• Participate in incident analysis and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.
• Contribute to risk management practices by identifying and documenting potential vulnerabilities.
• Stay updated with the latest network security trends, threats, and compliance requirements.
