Key Responsibilities :
Influencer Onboarding :
Research and onboard 6+ influencers per month aligned with the brand.
Maintain a creator database and ensure clear briefings & timelines.
Campaign Coordination :
Manage influencer content delivery (Reels, Stories, Posts) on schedule.
Ensure all deliverables meet brand tone and quality standards.
Performance Tracking :
Monitor reach, engagement, and conversions via campaign trackers.
Share weekly reports with insights and recommendations.
Communication & Follow-ups :
Coordinate via calls / messages for updates and approvals.
Manage invoice and payment follow-ups.
Trend Research :
Stay updated on social trends, emerging creators, and viral formats.
Suggest new collaboration ideas for better engagement and reach.
Requirements
Requirements :
Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and creator ecosystems.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Sheets, and campaign analytics.
Passion for tech, gadgets, or education-based content is a plus.
Benefits
Stipend & Incentives :
Fixed : ₹4,000 - ₹5,000 / month
Variable : ₹3,000 / month on achieving onboarding & delivery targets
