Position Summary :

NPS Prism has experienced tremendous growth as a standalone software and data business over the past few years and is making the leap from being a consulting-led business to a technology-led business. Given that shift we are looking to build our team with world-class team members to help drive business growth to its full potential in this next phase. This is a great opportunity to help build the largest startup owned by Bain & Company and take NPS Prism into the future.

An Analyst on the Survey Programming team will work closely with the Prism India Hub Team Manager and with NPS Prism Product Managers to build and deliver a commercially successful product that spans core sectors across all regions.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic data-driven environmentsupporting Bains largest proprietary SaaS venture while learning advanced market research and data operations methodologies.

Key responsibilities :

• 2 5 years of working experience in survey programming
• Must have previous workingexperience with Decipher programming platform
• Experience working on HTML / XHTML JavaScript and an understanding of basic web and programming technologies ( Knowledge of python is a must have )
• Provide innovative solutions and create automation that can reduce the time to market for the survey
• Quality testing of the survey and all deliverables to ensure client satisfaction quality standards and error-free projects
• Create and manage quotas for complex market research surveys using web services and APIs that can integrate with the survey platform to drive efficiencies.
• Experience in field management data validation creating crosstabs and reporting links and managing multiple sample partners
• Create and enforce best practices related to survey programming and data quality procedures to ensure the data gathered from system has no errors or deficiencies
• Send daily updates and status reports to clients or internal stakeholders for all projects to improve efficient communication and workflow
• Managing multiple instruments at various stages of production with minimal assistance from leads

Qualifications :

Candidate should be a Graduate from top-tier College with strong academic records or or Masters in computer and related fields.

Preferred : Concentration in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics Mathematics Engineering Computer Science Econometrics Business Analytics or Market Research is strongly preferred.

2-5 years of in-depth experience with survey programming survey development and primary market research at a consulting firm market research agency or data provider.

Experience working of HTML / XHTML JavaScript and an understanding of basic web and programming technologies ( Experience working in python is a must have )
