We are looking for a
Lead / Principal, RGM Customer Success
to lead the successful delivery and adoption of Asper.ai’s RGM solutions. These solutions span
Pricing & Pack Architecture (PPA) ,
Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) ,
Price / Volume / Mix analysis , and
Trade Terms Management .
The role involves acting as a
trusted advisor
to clients, driving best-in-class RGM execution, providing functional thought leadership, and partnering cross-functionally to shape the product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
Lead
end-to-end client delivery
for Asper.ai’s RGM solutions.
Partner with
CPG and Retail clients
to define, design, and implement best-in-class RGM strategies.
Collaborate closely with
Product, Data Science, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
teams to ensure alignment on client needs and solution delivery.
Drive
Delivery
and User Adoption
across client engagements.
What We are Looking For
5+ years of experience
in RGM, Customer Success, or Consulting within the
CPG or Retail industry .
Functional expertise / experience in
Pricing, Trade Promotions, Pack Architecture, or Commercial Analytics .
Proven experience
leading client delivery
for
SaaS-based analytics
or
AI-driven solutions
or
Analytics Engagement
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence
senior stakeholders (VP / C-level)
and lead strategic discussions.
Strong
analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven
decision-making skills.
Ability to
translate client needs
into actionable product development inputs and influence roadmap priorities
