Profile : Specialist Accounts - 1, Team Leader - 1

Working location; Marol, Andheri East.

Working Shift; 06 : 30 AM to 03 : 00 PM (Female) & 03 : 00 PM to 11 : 30 PM (Male) [ Team Leaders are expected with flexible working shift. ]

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and file US Sales and Use Tax returns for multiple states and jurisdictions on a monthly / quarterly basis.
• Reconcile tax accounts and ensure accurate general ledger postings for indirect taxes.
• Analyze tax data from ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and assist in tax accruals.
• Respond to tax notices and coordinate with state / local tax authorities to resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct tax research on sales / use tax laws and provide support on taxability determinations.
• Assist with sales tax exemption certificate management and customer / vendor validations.
• Support external and internal audit requests related to indirect taxes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure correct tax treatment on transactions.
• Recommend process improvements to increase the efficiency and accuracy of tax compliance.
• Stay updated with changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on business operations.
• Comfortable proposing and writing process changes with supporting documentation.
• Expert in managing tax deadlines.
• Ensuring timely and accurate filing of sales tax returns
