Core Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between visual design and operations. Own schedules, briefs, asset libraries, approvals and workflow.
- Produce proposal presentations and marketing collateral from senior inputs. Maintain credential decks and templates.
- Research design trends, tools and competitor activity. Turn findings into concise inspiration notes and simple trackers.
- Coordinate university partnerships for profiles, registrations, documentation and placements.
- Run hiring operations. Coordinate attraction, schedule interviews, support screenings and hand over to hiring leads.
- Coordinate vendors such as agencies, printers, photographers and event partners. Manage quotes, POs and delivery.
- Organise webinars and trade show schedules. Manage invites, calendars, materials and post event notes.
- Maintain tidy records and version control. Keep data compliance, project, asset and inventory logs. Support overseas shipments where relevant.
