✅ Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
- Review monthly financial statements and provide variance analysis with actionable
insights.
Recommend strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.Accounting & Compliance
Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions as per ITC andstatutory guidelines.
Oversee preparation of P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.Maintain strict compliance with all regulatory and audit requirements, including GST,TDS, and other statutory filings.
Cost Control & Inventory Management
Monitor departmental expenses and implement effective cost control measures.Oversee inventory management across F&B, housekeeping, and other operationaldepartments.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining guest service standards.Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Collaborate with department heads to drive financial discipline and accountability.Conduct regular reviews to improve team performance and process efficiency.Strategic Partnership
Partner with the General Manager to provide financial insights that drive keybusiness decisions.
Support initiatives for revenue growth, margin improvement, and processstreamlining.
Contribute to long-term business sustainability and operational excellence.
