Job descriptionRecommend strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions as per ITC and Oversee preparation of P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Maintain strict compliance with all regulatory and audit requirements, including GST, Monitor departmental expenses and implement effective cost control measures. Oversee inventory management across F&B, housekeeping, and other operational Identify opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining guest service standards. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Collaborate with department heads to drive financial discipline and accountability. Conduct regular reviews to improve team performance and process efficiency. Partner with the General Manager to provide financial insights that drive key Support initiatives for revenue growth, margin improvement, and process Contribute to long-term business sustainability and operational excellence.
