Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager Export Documents & Operations based in Delhi, India. Responsibilities include export business coordination, with clients and within company team, export operations and logistics management, export documentation, MIS, building and maintaining client relationships, coordination between customer and company team.

Managing the company's digital media presence. The role also involves effective communication with stakeholders and contributing to business growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication & Business Development
• Complete Knowledge of Export & foreign trade documentation
• 7+ years' experience in Export Operations & Foreign Trade
• Strong skills in English language written and spoken
• Export operations, coordination with forwarding agents and CHA
• Excellent Communication abilities to foster client and team relationships
• MIS Management related to exports, buyers, shipments, orders & documents
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet company goals and vision
• MBA / bachelor’s degree in international business or a related field is a plus
• Experience in international business would be advantageous
• Knowledge about digital marketing and social media presence
• Trustworthy & Loyalty is highly valuable to principal of company
