We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Duty Manager to join our team in Lucknow India. As a Duty Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations maintaining high standards of service and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring all departments work cohesively to meet guest expectations
- Manage and motivate front-line staff providing guidance and support as needed
- Handle guest inquiries complaints and special requests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Manage check-in and check-out processes ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Monitor and optimize room inventory and occupancy levels
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
- Assist in training new team members and conducting performance evaluations
- Prepare and analyze daily reports on hotel operations and guest feedback
- Respond to emergency situations and make critical decisions when necessary
- Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement strategies for improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experienceProven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industryStrong knowledge of hotel operations and industry standardsExcellent customer service skills with a guest-centric approachProficiency in hotel management software preferably Opera or similar systemsOutstanding leadership and team management abilitiesExceptional problem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidaysProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situationsDemonstrated experience in conflict resolution and guest complaint handlingAdditional Information :
4-5 year of experience in branded hotels.
