Job Overview :
IGC is hiring a Business Development Executive with a solid background in recruitment and staffing. This role is ideal for someone who understands the full recruitment lifecycle and is now ready to drive business growth by bringing in new clients, building partnerships, and expanding our recruitment services portfolio.
You will play a dual role—leveraging your recruitment expertise to pitch effectively and delivering tailored hiring solutions that meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Acquisition & Sales (Recruitment Focus) :
- Identify and approach potential clients who require recruitment or staffing services
- Pitch recruitment services confidently based on deep understanding of hiring needs
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking
- Conduct client meetings (virtual), prepare proposals, and close recruitment deals
Recruitment Coordination & Delivery :
Coordinate with internal recruiters to ensure client requirements are fulfilled on timeUnderstand job roles, source briefings, and assist in mapping the right talent poolFollow up with clients for feedback, candidate interviews, and onboarding supportEnsure client satisfaction and long-term engagementMarket Intelligence & Strategy :
Track industry trends, hiring patterns, and competitor activity in recruitmentDevelop and implement strategies to expand our client base across industries.Maintain detailed CRM reports on leads, conversions, and pipeline progress.Requirements
1 2 years of experience in business development within a recruitment agency or consultancyStrong knowledge of recruitment processes, job roles, sourcing, and client managementExcellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skillsProven ability to meet targets and drive client acquisitionSelf-starter with the ability to work remotely and independentlyFamiliarity with job boards, LinkedIn, CRM tools, and Google Workspace.Benefits
