HR Manager - Johns Honda

Job Title : HR Manager

Location : Johns Honda, Alappuzha

Salary Range : ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience Required : 1–2 years

Preference : Nearby candidates (Alappuzha and surrounding areas)

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment : job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflict resolution.

Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills.

Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes.

Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Assist management with manpower planning and HR strategy implementation.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resource Management or related field.

1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in the automobile or retail sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Candidates from Alappuzha or nearby locations preferred.
