- Experience in ServiceNow solution design and transformation roadmap
- Ideally, Consulting experience and / or certification as Technology Architect
- Experience as solution architect or business consultant in a client-facing capacity on ServiceNow or similar platform.
- Technology Architect certification preferred
- IT Operations experiences
- ITIL Foundation is preferred
- Coordination, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information in non-technical language
Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage and coordinate involved technology teams in on- and offshore locations across multiple regionsDevelop technical solution design and create corresponding cost estimatesPresent and discuss solutions with client executivesPresent technology solution to internal executive approversHelp clients to simplify and improve their operations by developing business cases, analysing clients as-is processes and creating technology solutions that support the client business driversFacilitate client workshops, document business requirements and develop them into a proposed business case and solution designAct as customers’ key contact on the proposed technology solutionResponsible for creating SOW for the proposed solutionResponsible for transitioning the solution to the Build team for implementation upon contract signatureAssist the sales team in the qualification of customer needsParticipation across the sales lifecycle on acquiring strategic customersProvide mentoring and training to peers, colleagues and partnersDemonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers, both onsite and remotely.Generation of product demo scripts and scenarios and maintaining demonstration environment(s)Responding to Request for Information / Proposal documentsStaying current on product developments / releases to a level required for demo and POC / POVStaying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitorsResponsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security, etc.Act as the subject matter expert at Executive briefings / marketing events
