Job Title : Plant Hiring Manager
Location : Borivali East, Mumbai

Responsible for – 2 Factory
Reportees : 4 HR Executives (2 from each Plant)
Total Manpower Strength : Workers – 600 and Staffs – 300
Working Days : 6 Days in a week
CTC Budget : Open to discuses & Negotiate
Key Responsibilities :
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for plant-level positions, including artisans, technicians, and support staff.
- Coordinate with corporate HR for workforce planning.
- Ensure effective onboarding and induction of new hires.
2. Industrial Relations & Compliance
Maintain harmonious employee relations, especially with contract labour and skilled artisans.Ensure compliance with labour laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory regulations.Liaise with labour contractors and ensure proper documentation and payment practices.3. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Drive engagement initiatives tailored for factory workers (health camps, welfare schemes, events).Address employee grievances and conduct regular feedback sessions.Promote a positive work culture that aligns with company values.4. Performance Management
Implement appraisal systems and performance reviews for plant employees.Work closely with line managers to identify training needs and skill gaps.5. Training & Development
Organize job-specific training (e.g., quality control, craftsmanship improvement).Ensure safety and compliance training is conducted regularly.6. HR Operations & Administration
Manage attendance, payroll inputs, and timekeeping systems.Maintain HRMIS and employee records.Generate regular HR reports for management.Monthly HR MISReporting’s to Corporate Office7. Plant Discipline : Plant Housekeeping, Security, Labour Issues, Theft cases handling and other disciplinary issues of the plant
Qualifications & Experience :
MBA / PG in Human Resources or related field.08–10 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setup.Strong knowledge of labour laws and factory compliance in Maharashtra.Skills Required :
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.Strong organizational and people management capabilities.Proficient in HR software and MS Office.
