Job description

Key Responsibilities :

1. Salesforce Development :

  • Hands-on experience in implementing :
  • Apex Classes, Controllers
  • Visualforce Pages
  • Apex Triggers
  • SOQL / SOSL / DML Queries
  • Batch Jobs
  • Process Builder flows
  • Proficient in Salesforce Lightning development and customization.
  • Experience in Salesforce support and issue resolution.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations using :
  • REST APIs
  • SOAP APIs
  • Web Services
  • Skilled in managing and integrating third-party AppExchange tools such as :
  • Marketo
  • Ringlead
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for issues and provide timely responses to business stakeholders.

2. Salesforce Administration :

  • Perform core admin tasks including :
  • Writing Workflow Rules and Approval Processes
  • Creating Formula Fields
  • User / Profile / Roles setup and maintenance
  • Data migration and data scrubbing
  • 3. Deployment Activities :

  • Create and manage build packages using tools like :
  • Workbench
  • Eclipse (Force.com IDE)
  • Build and deploy components such as :
  • Workflow Rules
  • Profiles
  • Custom Objects
  • Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related issues effectively.
  • 4. Technical Tools :

  • Use of Apex Data Loader for data import / export tasks.
  • Use of Workbench for :
  • Data operations (Insert, Update, Export)
  • Metadata deployments and testing
  • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce development and administration.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Skills Required
