Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their compensation needs and requirements.
- Implement and configure SuccessFactors Compensation module according to best practices.
- Analyze compensation data and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the SuccessFactors Compensation module.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues related to compensation processes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in SuccessFactors Compensation.
Skills and Qualifications
6-8 years of experience in SuccessFactors Compensation or related areas.Strong knowledge of compensation management principles and practices.Experience with SuccessFactors implementation and configuration.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Familiarity with HR processes and systems in a corporate setting.Skills Required
