IT Technical Recruiter Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven IT Technical Recruiter to join our US IT Staffing Services Business. This role presents a compelling opportunity to be an impact player and part of a winning delivery team.
Freshers are also encouraged to apply and will be considered for trainee positions.
- 1-10 years of full life cycle experience in US IT Staffing involving Technical Recruiting
- A demonstrated career progression from Technical recruiting
- Deep understanding of IT labor categories and other IT technical terms
- Knowledge of US work visa legislation
- Hands-on experience with Industry standard Applicant Tracking System(s), recruiting tools / databases and strategies
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Science or Business
- Motivated & focused to deliver to established metrics

Collaborate effectively with the Recruiting lead / manager to achieve stated individual and team objectives & goalsWork in a team of recruiters to fulfill IT positionsFollow company standard recruiting and quality processesDevelop candidate network, manage pipeline and recruiting lifecycleMinimize false-starts or dropouts from consulting engagementsPersonal Traits and Skills :
