Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated SAP ABAP Consultant with a strong background in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to join our team. This role is crucial for providing technical design, development, and support for our IBP projects, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive ABAP development skills, a solid understanding of various SAP modules, and practical knowledge of ITIL / ITSM practices. You will be instrumental in driving projects forward and implementing strategic technical solutions within a global company environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert technical design, development, and implementation support for SAP IBP projects throughout the coming year.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions within the SAP landscape.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain custom reports, programs, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements (RICEF) using ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP.
- Utilize advanced ABAP development techniques including Enhancement Spots, BADIs, User Exits, ADOBE Forms, Smart Forms, IDOCs, Proxies, RFCs, and Workflows.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand complex business processes across SAP SD, FI, SCM, PP, SRM, CRM, and S / 4HANA modules.
- Develop and maintain ATTP (Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals) solutions as required.
- Apply excellent working knowledge of ITIL / ITSM service management practices, specifically for incident management, change management, and problem management within the SAP environment.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring optimal system performance and stability.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in SAP development.
- Demonstrate a strategic mindset, taking initiative and driving projects to successful completion.
Required Skills and Experience :
7-10 years of technical design and implementation experience in SAP within a global company setting.At least 7 years of hands-on experience in ABAP development.Extensive experience and proficiency in :ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAPEnhancement Spots, BADIs, User ExitsADOBE Forms, Smart FormsIDOCs, Proxies, RFCs, WorkflowsIntermediate to advanced level knowledge of core SAP modules, including but not limited to :SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)SAP Finance (FI)SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM)SAP Production Planning (PP)SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM)SAP S / 4HANAProven experience in developing reports / programs specifically for IBP processes.Demonstrated ATTP (Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals) development knowledge.Excellent working knowledge and practical application of ITIL / ITSM service management practices, with a focus on incident management, change management, and problem management.Strong capability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions.Ability to demonstrate a "stand-up" mentality, taking initiative and proactively driving projects forward.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.Preferred Qualifications (Bonus) :
