Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Admissions Counselor (Inside Sales). The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for managing and guiding prospective students through the admissions process, responding to inquiries, providing detailed information about educational programs, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The role involves consistent follow-ups with prospective students and maintaining records of all interactions. This is an on-site role and is located in Bengaluru.

• Experience in Customer Service and Sales
• Background in Education is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
