The Role

We’re looking for a Program Manager to lead and execute our startup partnership programs.

This is a high-impact role responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing programs that help founders get from prototype to funding. You’ll work directly with founders, mentors, and stakeholders, ensuring each startup’s journey is smooth, strategic, and successful.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and run structured partnership programs for robotics startups
• Guide portfolio startups through key milestones (from prototype to Funding Ready)
• Manage timelines, stakeholder communication, and resource allocation
• Track and evaluate program performance; implement improvements
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts (internal teams, mentors, investors, partners)
