Role : Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with 7–10 years of experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud . This role involves designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce solutions to drive efficiency, engagement, and seamless integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

✅ Implement and customize Sales Cloud & Service Cloud features (leads, opportunities, case management, SLAs, entitlements).

✅ Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Aura Components, and Apex customizations.

✅ Configure Salesforce Experience Cloud for self-service portals.

✅ Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems (e.g., Yardi, LivAldar, Fusion) using MuleSoft / REST APIs.

✅ Build automated workflows, approval processes, and case routing.

✅ Manage role hierarchies, profiles, and permission sets for governance.

✅ Support SIT / UAT testing cycles and deployment (SFDX, ANT, Change Sets).

✅ Provide go-live support, performance tuning, and user enablement.

Must-Have Skills :

Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud .

Hands-on expertise in LWC, Apex, Aura Components, and Experience Cloud .

Deep knowledge of Salesforce security, automation tools & data models.

Integration expertise via REST / SOAP APIs (preferably MuleSoft).

Familiarity with deployment tools like SFDX, ANT, or Change Sets.

Certifications preferred – Salesforce Platform Developer I / II, Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Consultant.
