Job Title : Network Engineering Senior Engineer

Location : Chennai

Position Description :

Key Responsibilities

Implement and maintain Nice CXone, Verint, and Dialer technologies.

Drive new use cases, feature enhancements, and advanced capabilities.

Manage system integrations with existing enterprise tools and platforms.

Handle upgrades, patches, and release cycles.

Monitor system health and ensure high availability and performance.

Provide operational support, including on-call duties.

Technical Skills Required

Contact Center technologies (Call Recording, Speech Analytics, Dialer Systems)

Nice CXone and Verint Cloud platforms

Windows and / or Linux Server Administration

Cloud Platform Experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

API Integration / Development

Networking Protocols & Concepts

SQL Server – ability to write ad-hoc queries

Configuration management and deployment practices

Advanced troubleshooting, analytical, and decision-making skills

Experience & Education

Experience : 5–8 years in contact center platforms and technologies

Education : Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Computer Science, IT, or related field)
