About the Role
Payment Product Manager in WBP is responsible for development, implementation, enhancement and commercialization of Bank's cash management products and delivery channels, he / she is required manage the entire product life cycle do market study, development, marketing, training, sales programs, performance tracking to deliver Bank's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- .Responsible for driving payment product strategy, product definition, launch and commercialization aligning it with the Bank's strategic and regional imperatives, and communicating the same to sales channel
- .New Product Development as per client needs or market opportunities.
- .Develop standard target market and pricing policy for products
- .Work closely with Relationship Mangers, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Quality and Technology in executing business process re-engineering and product delivery.
- .Responsible for the P&L for Cash Management product across segments.
- .Training and development of sales team / channel
- .Ensuring product and process modifications to comply with the regulatory guidelines
- .Reviewing the existing process and ensure enhancements for better service delivery and reduction of inherent risks in the process
Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is :
.Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience out of which minimum 2 years in CMS..Understanding of digital payments & collections is preferred. Should be result oriented and willing to deliver business and client requirementsRole Proficiencies :

Knowledge.Candidate must have hands on experience in API based products, necessary to drive requirements in the payments and collection product ecosystems..Candidate is expected to understand technical requirements and communicate with the respective IT teams.
