We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Sales Executive to contribute to our sales efforts. The candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and customer needs
- Actively seek out new clients through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Set up meetings with potential customers and understand their requirements
- Deliver product and service presentations to clients
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates including financial and performance data
- Ensure availability of product stock for sales and demonstrations
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
- Negotiate and close deals, addressing any customer objections or concerns
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet and exceed sales targets
- Gather feedback from customers and share insights with relevant departments
