Job descriptionEdit and produce engaging videos for ads, social media, reels, YouTube, and brand campaigns. Manage end-to-end video production – from shooting to final edits. Collaborate with marketing / design teams to create compelling stories. Add animations, graphics, and transitions to enhance videos. Repurpose long-form content into short, catchy clips for social platforms. Ensure brand consistency across all Yagy Tech brands. Organize raw footage and manage video asset libraries. Stay updated with the latest editing & videography trends. Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio / reel required). Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools. Videography skills (camera handling, shooting, lighting, framing) are highly preferred. Strong understanding of social media video formats (Reels, Shorts, Ads). Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines. Must be available to work onsite in Pune. Knowledge of color grading and sound design. Familiarity with DSLR / Camera setups, lighting, and shooting techniques. Basic design skills (Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva). Prior experience with lifestyle, food, or D2C brand shoots is a plus. Opportunity to work on multi-brand projects across foodtech, organic FMCG, and SaaS.
