Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Set KPIs and track performance metrics to ensure consistent growth and achievement of sales targets.
- Oversee the operation of D2C platforms, including company-owned websites, apps, and third-party marketplaces.
- Optimize website performance, ensure inventory accuracy, and manage product listings.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
- Design and manage promotional offers, discounts, and seasonal campaigns to boost customer engagement and sales.
- Ensure a seamless online shopping experience, including fast shipping, easy returns, and excellent customer support.
- Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements
- Use analytics tools to track user behaviour, identify trends, and optimize customer journeys.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and customer demographics.
- Experiment with new strategies and tools to enhance brand visibility and market Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred) from top tier Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
