Job Description :
- Focused decision-maker with demonstrated ability to lead easy to complex programs with cross functional teams from inception to adoption
 - Lead and manage delivery projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation of solutions.
 - Utilize agile methodologies to drive project execution and adapt to changing requirements.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
 - Creation of program roadmap along with Core Team consisting of Portfolio Managers, Proposition Owners , Product Owners, Solution Architects, Technical Product Owners and E2E Test Managers
 - Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
 - Managing budgets that includes forecasting and spend tracking
 - Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
 - Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-up meetings to prioritize tasks, track progress, and address impediments.
 - Utilize agile tools Jira to manage project backlogs, track sprint progress, and generate reports for stakeholders.
 - Work with technical designers to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
 - Maintain a proactive approach to continuous improvement, conducting post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned sessions to identify areas for enhancement and optimize project delivery processes.
 - Proficient in handling Transition projects across vendors
 - Proficient in handling Code Red projects and getting them back to normal state
 - Proficient in delivering complex IT Migration / Transformation programs
 - Communication – Establishment of communication modes and cadences with various stakeholders,conducting planned and ad-hoc meetings with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are on track and to communicate latest status to them, and sharing of meeting minutes and regular updates with various stakeholders
 - Stakeholder management – Identification of stakeholders and their roles, keeping them updated on theprogress of the project, addressing their concerns, seeking and implementing their feedback
 - Risk management – Identification of risks and detailing of a mitigation plan to ensure that the project stays on track, or is brought back on track in the event of delays or blockers
 - Conflict management – Identifying destructive conflicts and resolving them using various conflict resolution approaches such as compromising, smoothing, confronting and forcing
 - Escalation – Tactfully raising issues and blockers to the right stakeholders at the right time to remove roadblocks with a view to ensuring that the project / program is put back on track
