Minus 30 is growing fast—and we’re looking for a Brand Manager who can lead, define, and execute our brand strategy across channels. If you’re passionate about building consumer brands with depth, creativity, and strong strategic foundations, this role is for you.

What You’ll Own and Execute :

✨ Develop and refine the overall Minus 30 brand strategy

✨ Build strong, insight-led brand narratives and positioning

✨ Drive 360° brand campaigns across digital, retail & quick-commerce

✨ Lead product launches, packaging strategy & communication consistency

✨ Partner with marketing, design, sales & operations for seamless execution

✨ Strengthen brand recall and consumer love through data-backed decisions

✨ Steward brand identity, tone of voice & visual guidelines

What We’re Looking For

4–8 years of experience in brand management (F&B, D2C, FMCG preferred)

Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities

Experience developing campaigns end-to-end

Comfort with both strategy and hands-on execution

Strong analytical, communication & leadership skills

A passion for premium consumer brands and product innovation
