✅ Key Skills & Expertise

Strong expertise in IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS)

Proven experience in OMS solution design, architecture, and implementation

Hands-on experience in Order Management, Fulfillment, Inventory, and Pricing modules

Expertise in OMS customization, configuration, and APIs

Knowledge of Integration with ERP, WMS, Payment Gateways, and eCommerce platforms

Good understanding of Cloud deployments (IBM Sterling on Cloud preferred)

Strong skills in Performance tuning, scalability, and high-availability design

Ability to collaborate with Business & Technical stakeholders to provide end-to-end OMS solutions
