Roles and Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Lead the recruitment and hiring process by working closely with Head of Administration, hiring HoD and managers to fill open positions in a timely manner
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, making hiring recommendations, offering package & employment contract and onboarding
• Work with stakeholders to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent through various recruiting channels (job posting through online recruiting websites / social media, engagement with 3rd party professional agents, career fairs, etc.)
• Maintain a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience and seamless integration into the company including preparing visa, accommodation as necessary, etc.
• Provide induction training & coordinate workplace / necessaries set-up for new joiners.
