We are seeking the ideal Lead Engineer Testing to join our diverse team.

Job Responsibilities :

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Lead and plan the testing efforts for automotive software modules to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Review, monitor and report the status and progress of the software testing activities (unit testing, integration testing, qualification testing).
• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
• Ensure compliance with software testing standards as per ASPICE process and FuSa ISO-26262.
• Sharing best practice and defining common practices across various projects / teams.
• Definition of test plans, test strategies, KPI and identification of test tools, HIL, software etc.
• Participate in review for test plan / test specifications / test cases to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Manage the defect lifecycle including identification tracking and resolution of defects.
• Coordinate with global cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.
