Strategic Leadership

• Collaborate directly with the Managing Director to shape and refine the company's strategic direction.
• Lead the development of strategic roadmaps, growth blueprints, and market expansion strategies.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on new business opportunities, partnerships, and competitive positioning.
• Support high-level decision-making through strategic analysis, scenario planning, and board-level presentations.
• Prepare and review board papers, investor decks, and regulatory submissions related to corporate strategy.
• Identify and evaluate new markets, distribution channels, and product opportunities.
