Job Description- :

The Practice Lead AI / GenAI / Agentic AI Solutions will define and execute Chimeras AI strategy, conceptualize client solutions leveraging AI technologies, and lead a cross-functional team of architects, data scientists, and engineers to deliver business value. The role involves a blend of solution leadership, pre-sales, thought leadership, and practice building.

We are not looking for someone who has already done this, but we are looking for someone who is wanting to do it coming from a tech background so far.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Practice & Strategy Leadership :

• Define the strategic roadmap for AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI initiatives within Chimera.
• Build the AI practice capabilities, frameworks, reusable assets, and delivery methodologies.
• Identify emerging AI trends, tools, and platforms relevant to client use cases.
