Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Acquisition located in Pune. The Head of Acquisition will be responsible for leading customer acquisition efforts, managing acquisition strategies, and developing initiatives to drive company growth. This role involves analyzing market trends, overseeing the sales team, devising strategies to attract new clients, and managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction. The Head of Acquisition will also collaborate with the wealth management team to align acquisition strategies with the company's goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ Years in the Finance Sector
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Acquisitions
• Expertise in Customer Acquisition and sales strategies
• Proven Team Management and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Pune and manage local operations
• Experience in the financial or wealth management industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
