About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and empathetic Team Lead – Brand Solutions who can build strong partnerships with NGOs, CSR teams, and purpose-led brands. You’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, leading a small team, and ensuring seamless execution of impactful campaigns and social initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client servicing for NGO, CSR, or social impact projects.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into clear creative and strategic briefs.
- Manage and mentor a small servicing team — ensuring timelines, quality, and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with creative, design, and strategy teams to build meaningful campaigns.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
- Track project performance and impact metrics;
share actionable insights.
Identify opportunities for growth within existing clients and new partnerships.What We’re Looking For
4–6 years of experience in client servicing, brand strategy, partnerships, or account management — ideally with exposure to NGO, CSR, or cause-based projects .Strong understanding of brand communication and social impact storytelling.Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple clients and projects with attention to detail.A self-starter who enjoys leading teams and building long-term relationships.
