About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and empathetic Team Lead – Brand Solutions who can build strong partnerships with NGOs, CSR teams, and purpose-led brands. You’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, leading a small team, and ensuring seamless execution of impactful campaigns and social initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end client servicing for NGO, CSR, or social impact projects.
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into clear creative and strategic briefs.
  • Manage and mentor a small servicing team — ensuring timelines, quality, and deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and strategy teams to build meaningful campaigns.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
  • Track project performance and impact metrics;

  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing clients and new partnerships.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • 4–6 years of experience in client servicing, brand strategy, partnerships, or account management — ideally with exposure to NGO, CSR, or cause-based projects .
  • Strong understanding of brand communication and social impact storytelling.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects with attention to detail.
  • A self-starter who enjoys leading teams and building long-term relationships.
