Microsoft Copilot Technical Lead

Job descriptionTechnical development ownership of solutions based on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform & Generative AI Understand customer requirements and prepare technical solutioning to cater to customer needs Guiding the development team in case of any blockers Taking care of project related documentations & unit testing on behalf of the development team Stay up to date on the business & technical trends in Microsoft technologies Good software development & data engineering experience Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio At least 5 years of Power Automate, and Power Apps implementation experience Knowhow of GenAI concepts Knowledge of multiple relational databases, REST APIs Nice to have knowledge in Azure AI / ML services including Azure ML and other Azure Cognitive Services Nice to have expertise in programming language such as Python / .NET, preferably Python Fast leaner and ability to quickly adopt to new technologies Good communication and presentation skills Demonstrate developed solutions to internal stakeholders and customer Competitive salary and benefits package Culture focused on talent development with quarterly promotion cycles and company-sponsored higher education and certifications Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies Employee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awards Annual health check-ups Insurance coverage : group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parents We support hybrid work and flexible hours to fit diverse lifestyles.
