Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for AR Callers / Patient Callers in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) at Starmark Healthcare RCM, located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include managing accounts receivable, handling patient calls, effectively communicating with insurance companies, addressing claim denials, and ensuring prompt collection of outstanding payments. The role requires meticulous documentation, updating patient records, and collaborating with internal billing teams.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for managing patient calls and liaising with insurance companies
• Proficiency in AR management and claims processing
• Experience in using RCM software and tools
• Problem-solving skills to efficiently address claim denials and payment issues
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal billing teams and independently as required
• Prior experience in healthcare revenue cycle management is a plus
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in healthcare administration or related fields are beneficial
