Key Responsibilities :

  • Actively engage in the sales process
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values etc.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring all terms are met.

Qualification :

  • Graduation / Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Possesses strong knowledge of sales principles & practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
