Job Title : Pre-Sales Executive – Real Estate
Location : HSR Layout Sector 2
Working Days : Tuesday to Sunday (Monday Off)
Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives (including weekly incentives )
Experience : Min 6 months; freshers with good communication skills welcome
Preferred Background : Real estate, BPO, telesales, telecaller, or business development
Key Responsibilities :
Handle pre-sales queries and assist clients with property-related information
Schedule site visits, follow-ups, and maintain client engagement
Maintain and update lead database, track client interactions
Support the sales team in achieving targets and closing deals
Educate potential clients about projects, pricing, and promotions
Skills Required :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Persuasive, target-driven, and client-focused
Ability to learn and adapt quickly
